Please keep in mind, there are no physical tickets available and that these are electronic tickets. In the unlikely event that you do not receive the e- ticket, be assured you have successfully purchased a ticket which can be claimed the day of the show at the ticketing gate by simply presenting a picture ID matching the name of the ticket purchaser or ticket holder. Or you can just use your receipt as a ticket.

I have not received the email for my tickets. How can I get them?
If you have checked your spam and promotion folders and still can’t find your tickets, please don’t worry. Sometimes security site settings block tickets from coming in. You can use your receipt as a ticket. You will have no problems getting into see the show.
