Did you get a receipt from PayPal? Check in your spam or promotions folder, please. We have a record of your purchases on our end. You have nothing to worry about. Even if you can’t find your ticket or your receipt, you will be on our master list.

Is their any seating tickets left. My fiance and I both have back problems and can’t stand for long periods of time and I was going to get the tickets on Monday but don’t see any availability now
Seated tickets have sold out.
So, like MANY OTHER people we have not received the tickets we paid for, and I bought mine back on March 17. You say that our receipts will be accepted, but does Sharkeys’s security staff know this. Please make sure we will be allowed into the show without getting our tickets, because I have to travel a long way to this show, and paid good money for this, the VIP package, and such and will cancel the charge on my credit card if you are wrong about the receipt being accepted. Finally, why would you even use this platform if SO MANY PEOPLE complain about not getting their tickets???

I still do not have mine either and purchased in February. As well as sent and email with no response. Luckily I paid through PayPal and have a purchase receipt. But if Sharkeys doesnt have communication it’s going to be a mess

I purchased the VIP upgrade ticket, but I’m confused. Is it separate from the show? So, do I have to pay for it separately?
If you bought your Prime Seating ticket here at Syracuse it’s a regular ticket that affords you entry into the show.
I ordered 2 prime seating tickets for Asking Alexandria but never received an email from Syracuse Tix with my tickets. I wanted to confirm that I will be okay for admission when I show up on Saturday?
Also, is the prime seating GA or are the seats assigned?
