To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please be advised of the following policies:
NO RE-ENTRY
Once you leave the venue, a new ticket is required for re-admittance.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
•No outside food or beverages
•No coolers
•No chairs
•No weapons or firearms
•No illegal substances
•No umbrellas or laser pointers
BAG POLICY:
•No bags larger than 12” x 12” x 6”
•All bags are subject to search
SECURITY NOTICE:
All guests are subject to search upon entry.
Failure to comply with staff instructions may result in removal from the venue without refund.
**SMOKING / VAPING POLICY:**
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Absolutely no smoking permitted in restaurant.
**PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEO RECORDING:**
No professional cameras, video equipment, or audio recording devices without prior written consent.
**AGE RESTRICTIONS:**
21+ shows require a valid government-issued photo ID for entry.
21+ required for purchase of alcohol with valid government-issued photo ID for entry.
Sharkey’s Event Center Venue Policies & Guest Guidelines
**ACCESSIBILITY:**
If you require ADA assistance, please notify venue staff upon arrival.
**LOST & FOUND:**
Inquire with a staff member in the restaurant.
**CODE OF CONDUCT:**
Disruptive, disrespectful, or intoxicated behavior will result in removal without refund.
**RAIN OR SHINE:**
Events are held rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable.
**REFUND POLICY**
All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless an event is canceled by the promoter or venue.
Voluntary Refunds
In limited circumstances, Sharkey’s Event Center or SyracuseTix may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund request even when not required to do so. If a voluntary refund is granted, a $10.00 restocking/processing fee per transaction will be deducted from the refund amount to help cover payment processing and administrative costs.
Event Cancellations
If an event is canceled by the promoter or venue, this policy does not apply. Customers will receive refund instructions specific to that event. Any refund issued for a canceled event will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s refund policy.
