Upon successful purchase of your tickets you will be emailed an electronic ticket for downloading or scanning. Sometimes, this will take a short while since your purchase is still processing. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam, promotions, or junk folders.
Please keep in mind, there are no physical tickets available and that these are electronic tickets.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive the e- ticket, be assured you have successfully purchased a ticket which can be claimed the day of the show at the ticketing gate by simply presenting a picture ID matching the name of the ticket purchaser or ticket holder.

I purchased 4 tickets a month ago for the Bojourney concert. Are the tickets delivered to my email. I’m trying to locate the tickets but can’t locate them. Your assistance is appreciated.

I just resent your ticket. Please check spam. If you still can’t find it, you can use your receipt to get in. You are on the master list and we do have proof of your purchase. So you will have no problem.
I purchased tickets and I have not received the email after reading through the comments from the looks of it nobody has received an email somebody’s not doing their job and yes I checked my spam folder and other folder
