Upon successful purchase of your tickets you will be emailed an electronic ticket for downloading or scanning. Sometimes, this will take a short while since your purchase is still processing. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam, promotions, or junk folders.

Please keep in mind, there are no physical tickets available and  that these are electronic tickets. In the unlikely event that you do not receive the e- ticket, be assured you have successfully purchased a ticket which can be claimed the day of the show at the ticketing gate by simply presenting a picture ID matching the name of the ticket purchaser or ticket holder. Or you can just use your receipt as a ticket.
