Where do we find tickets once they are purchased ?
They might be in your spam or promotions folders. If you still can’t find them, it could be that your security settings are blocking them. That case, please use your receipt as a ticket. You will have no problems getting into see the show. Please bring a ID with you.

Yes, it is covered.
Can we purchase tickets in person at your event center this week or sometime before the day if the show to avoid the high fees?
Tickets are usually sold at the door the day of show but the price goes up slightly.

Hi Jennifer, sometimes security settings block tickets from coming into your mailbox. You can use your receipt from PayPal as a ticket. You will have no problem getting in.

The VIP table only. It includes admission.
I never received an e-ticket for the event but I have my PayPal receipt showing that I paid for a ticket to the event. Is that enough to get me in the gate?
