There is no Opening Act.
We state the times the doors open which is 6:00 PM unless you also have a Deep Eddy Tent ticket and then it is 5:00 PM early admission.
As the admin of the site, I have to choose an end time because the system wont work without it-but end time is only a guess on my part. The only time that is 100% accurate is the start time.

Hi Bonnie, I just sent them again to the emails specified. I dont know what is happening with yahoo. Many of our customers with yahoo email are having problems with receiving tickets. I suggest that you check your Yahoo settings. In the meantime, If you still didn’t get your tickets, know that we have you on our master list with proof of purchase. Please bring your ID the day of the show and you will have no problems getting in.

If you bought your Prime Seating ticket here at Syracuse it’s a regular ticket that affords you entry into the show.
I ordered 2 prime seating tickets for Asking Alexandria but never received an email from Syracuse Tix with my tickets. I wanted to confirm that I will be okay for admission when I show up on Saturday?

Hi Carla, the ticket for all three shows is a VIP seated ticket so it’s not general admission. You don’t have to stand.
